Keith Crossley brings technical expertise, decades of experience, and a passion for planning to work with him every day. Keith has an innate ability to listen for understanding, which he does quite a bit as he helps many of his clients find solutions to often complex financial problems. Keith loves working with people to create tax and other financial planning plans.
Keith’s long career in general management, accounting, and tax consulting began in 1981. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with a “Big 8” firm. He joined our firm as a co-owner in 2015.
Keith is a graduate of the Executive Dimensions Leadership Program (Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina), the Executive Development Program (Emory University, Atlanta, GA) and the National Tax Practice Institute (National Association of Enrolled Agents).
When he’s not working at the firm Keith is an active husband, father, and community volunteer. He and his wife, Carole, own Celebration Boulevard in Eureka. Father of four, including two adopted children, Keith loves to share ways to facilitate adoptions (including reducing their financial impact) with interested clients.
Maria Castillo is a natural at helping people find solutions to tax problems, she has been an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS since 2014.
She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the California Society of Enrolled Agents and is continually attending seminars to increase her knowledge in this field.
After passing her Bar exam and practice as a successful attorney in Mexico, Maria moved to Humboldt County in 1997. She loves to spend time with family and friends and exercising with her two daughters. She is passionate about learning more about her religious beliefs.
Rhiannon joined our team in 2015 and earned her California Professional Fiduciary License and National Guardianship Certification in 2020 after studying Trust and Estate Planning Management through University of Ca. Riverside and the Professional Fiduciary Association of Ca. She also graduated from the University of Ca. Davis in 2011 with degrees in both Psychology and Anthropology. While completing her studies, she also interned at the U.C. Davis Center for Mind & Brain, focusing on cognitive psychology. This has given her a greater understanding on issues such as Alzheimer’s and other cognitive disabilities, which is an asset when handling many varieties of Special Needs cases.
Rhiannon has received many accolades for her Fiduciary work as she is passionate about her client’s care and providing service above self. Known as a “Bull Dog” by attorneys & “The Sherriff” by adversaries, she fights relentlessly for her Client’s rights. You will often find her researching legal documents, financials and probate codes ensuring that her Client’s receive their fair share and proper care.
Born and raised in Humboldt County, Rhiannon has a deep devotion to helping her fellow Humboldt Citizens through donating & volunteering at many local community organizations. However, her heart is in Foster Care. Rhiannon, along with her husband Neal and two lovely daughters, became a foster family in 2017 and are advocates for the Humboldt County Forgotten Initiative and our local Foster Care community.
Claudette started working at Family Fiduciary Services in 2018. She is a quick learner and brings a depth of knowledge through her specialty Insurance and Medical Benefits training with a focus on Medi-Cal, Special Needs and Social Security Benefits. In addition to having 25 years of experience working in the health care field, Claudette has additional educational training through PFAC and Special Needs Symposiums.
Claudette graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 1994 from Cal State Fullerton. She then had a successful career playing college basketball, here in the States, and professionally Overseas. She also coached basketball at the Junior High, High School and Jr College level. In 2005 Claudette attended Argosy University in Phoenix, Arizona for two years, where she began her studies towards earning her master’s in Forensic Psychology.
One of Claudette T Jackson’s best attributes is serving people. She has experience working with children, teens and adults with behavior challenges through her work in Behavior Management Facilities and Group Homes. She also has 6 years of experience working in the In-Home Care Industry, here in Humboldt.
Claudette is especially passionate about teaching at her church and doing missionary work all over the world. She finds her greatest joy when traveling the world to spread the good news about Jesus Christ!
